Description

I'll keep this one up but it's not the final one.

EDIT: I'm going to go back to the previous stage of this drawing and get rid of the outlines that look out of place in and out of her character and go from there, I'm not 100 happy on this pic and now that I've had more time to look at it I know where I can hopefully fix this, thanks for the helpful critique, I also think when I went over her outline again I somehow shrunk the arms, legs, feet and hands but going back to the previous stage fc03.deviantart.net/fs71/f/201… I should be able to fix that.

Made a few quick changes, got rid of the rough outlines over her model to not make it look as meesy, I also added some sort of background from pse10, blurred image twice and added a shadow.

This is kokoaminto.deviantart.com/ fan character, through learning how to cell shade through drawing with jezza (through flash), I also optimised, smoothed and straightened the image as well through flash (no smoothing in inkskape and I think it looks a lot better now and definitely more natural).

Took a long time to get this right along with the colours, no background but I hope it's ok without it.

I don't know what the programs you use are like, since I use a digital painting program and not flash, but does it have layers? I would recommend doing a sketch layer, then redraw the picture on a layer above it. This way to clear the lines up a bit. You can see the mess of the sketch layer here. My sketches are actually very messy too, hence why lineart on a top layer is very important.

Also, color beneath the lineart layer, so you don't interfere with the lines.

That is my critique to you. :)
I hope that helps you out in the future!
