Classic axle gear (rocket knight armor)

Just a bit of a palette swap, made it smoother in inkskape and decided to put some fog around axle on gimp2 just to go with it because it's steampunk and the background felt plain without it.

I know that's not what axle looked like in rocket knight but I think if he did look more like this instead I would've preferred it tbh (but konami wanted them all redesigned so meh).
